Delivery

Paygital  Logistics is only for delivery of products to customers within Nigeria. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence.
You agree not to hold the seller liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and Conditions of Sale if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Buyers are to note that goods that are very bulky and are above 10kg will incurred extra charges for delivery.

Notification will be sent to the merchant as well as the delivery company as soon as the buyer ‘s funds are confirmed and all parties will be in communication till buyers get their goods and services.

Return policy

What can I return?

You can initiate a return within 2 days for Paygital   if:

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in it's original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid. 

 

How do I return an item?

Can I change my refund option anytime?

No. You cannot change your selected refund option after it has been registered by our CS Team

 

Once I initiate a return, what happens next?

If the package was delivered to you and you requested for a pick-up, our delivery agent will call you to schedule a retrieval. There will be 2 attempts made to retrieve the item(s) in 3 business days. 

If you initially picked-up your package from one of our stations or chose to drop-off at one, please take the items you wish to return to a pick-up station near you

 

 Can I return my item after the stated returns timeline?

You will not be able to return paygital mall items after 5 days and other eligible items after 5 days but if it is faulty, it may be covered under warranty. For more information on our warranty policy please contact us

 

 Once retrieval of my package is done, how long will it take to be refunded?

paygital tells me they have done a bank transfer but I have not received the money, what should I do?

It takes 2-5 business days for the money to reflect in your account. Please contact us if it you still haven’t received your refund after this time.  

 

Can I Replace or Exchange an item rather than a refund?

 paygital does not offer replacement or exchange of an item; however, you can still return an item and receive a full refund and you can replace item if the seller agreed on that.

 

If my refund gets validated, how and when will I get reimbursed?

Refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product. See information about our refund timelines below. We will send you an email notification once return examination completed.

To process your refund quickly, you have the option to request a refund via our live chat, which must be indicated when you request for a return via our contact form or by calling our Customer Service. 

Otherwise, you can be refunded according to the following table. Note that some refund methods are available according to your payment method.

If my returned product is not validated for refund, how do I get informed?

If your return is invalid then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. 

 

Do I also get refunded the shipping charge when returning a product?

NO there is no  refund for shipping fee

 Return Pick up timeline:

The return pick up time starts from the day you make a request to return an item to the day one of our delivery associate retrieves the item that you will like to return. These timelines also apply if you are dropping your returns at one of warehouse. You can make a request to return an item, either by calling our customer service or by completing the contact form.

The refund time starts from the day the item you would like to return is picked up by one of our delivery associates to the day the refund process is completed. 
Note: If the reason for returning an item cannot be validated, such item will be redelivered to you and a refund will not be process
